Soto Roxy H. Darwasa

Continuing the family culinary business is not uncommon. Soto Roxy H. Darwasa, currently managed by Mrs. Susi, is one of them. This family business was started in 1948 by his grandfather. Mrs. Susi continued this business before 1998 and has managed to attract more and more customers.

Mrs. Susi works hard in preparing the dishes by boiling the meat early in the morning. So that the restaurant can open and start serving customers at 6.30AM until 2.30PM or whenever the meat runs out.

When discussing why customers often come to the restaurant, Mrs. Susi always state that maybe this is God’s blessing. She will always remember her ancestors sacrifices, and continue running the business, even when customers complaints of long lines overwhelms her.
